Hi Anon, Yes they can, you would need to sign up for a particular session Wednesday or Thursday night for the September to Christmas period. Sign up generally happens on the 1st night of the Season (12th for wed session, 13th for Thursday). The Session numbers are limited to between 30 - 40 people / Session.
You must also be able to compentantly swim lengths. It is lane swimming and all lanes work off repeat times.
