October 10th Session

Hi Folks, This week, lanes 3 and 1 are up for technique, all others will do a main aerobic set. Also folks try to make a point of being on time for the sessions. If your arriving late for the warmups your losing 10 -15% on the mileage total for the session. All this mileage adds up significantly over the course of the season. Remember reducing the number of strokes you do / length is not all down to just technique. Its also down to the mileage you get under your belt. Build up your strength and stamina by getting the mileage in. This will also allow you to maintain/control the technique and stroke count for the longer distances.
